Where do you source your coffee beans from?

We source our beans from various countries and regions. Shop our coffee online to see the origins for each roast.

How fresh is your coffee when it's shipped?

We roast weekly so your coffee arrives at your door still fresh and smelling delicious.

How long will your coffee stay fresh after roasting?

Coffee beans can stay fresh up to one year after roasting if stored properly, however, we recommend using within two weeks after ordering to experience the freshest coffee and highest quality cup. Coffee grounds will stay fresh one to four weeks after roasting and grinding.

What roast levels do you offer (light, medium, dark)?

Our coffees fall into the light-medium roast profile. Our espresso roast, the River Blend, is a medium roast and is roasted to second crack.

Do you offer ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! Select what grind you prefer before adding to your cart.

Can I visit your roastery or do tours?

Absolutely! Our hours vary, but if you'd like to stop by and check out the roastery, contact us to schedule a tour.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you offer subscriptions for regular deliveries?

Yes! We recommend subscriptions so you never have to order coffee again. We will roast to order and ship it to you without the need for reordering. Note: you can pause, cancel or edit your subscription at any time.

How long does shipping take?

Once you order, we take one to two days to roast and then ship to you immediately. Depending on your location, shipping may take two to four days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship in the U.S.

Is there a minimum order for free shipping?

Yes, the minimum for free shipping is $40. This also applies to subscriptions.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once a shipping label is created and the order is received by the post office, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for cafes or businesses?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing, volume discounts and a variety of other resources to our wholesale partners.

Can I get a custom roast or blend for my business?

Sure can! Reach out using our Wholesale Form and we can start the conversation about your custom roast. We also offer private label services so you can serve your own branded coffee.

Do you provide equipment or training for wholesale clients?

We are still working through this. The short answer is no, not at the moment. The long answer, we can coordinate with you to train you on the equipment you currently have in your business.
